Hyatt Regency Austin is happy to welcome your pets

More than half of U.S. pet owners say their pets are part of the family, and Hyatt Regency Austin’s Pet Friendly program makes it easier for pet lovers and their four-legged friends to spend time away from home. Hyatt focuses on providing a hassle-free experience for their travelers. 

For many, being able to include a furry friend is critical to achieving a hassle-free and productive stay.  Human guests won't be the only ones to feel rejuvenated, as each pet-friendly room is loaded with amenities sure to please the most pampered dog or cat. Our pet friendly amenities will include a pet welcome card, bed, gourmet treats, as well as food and water bowls.  A select amount of Pet Friendly rooms will be designated and along with the standard room cleaning procedures, the rooms will undergo a deep cleaning after each pet guest has checked out.    

A non-refundable fee of $100 (per pet, per night) will be added to your guest account. 

As a “special guest” at Hyatt Regency Austin we ask that you follow our Canine Rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay:

  • Your owner must maintain you on a leash and in control at all times. While we love dogs, some guests may not want to see your happy face running toward them.
  • Please have your owner Clean Up After You!  No one wants a surprise on the bottom of his or her shoes!
  • Remember, if you feel the need to gnaw on furniture, use the bedding as a new toy or relieve yourself on the carpet, your owner will have to pay! Try to behave!
